BY TRAIN
You arrive in the center of Chamonix and you won't need to look for parking. Everything is within walking distance!
It's the best choice in terms of carbon emissions!
From Europe or mainland France
The train is possible from the major European capitals and French cities, so don't hesitate: enjoy the scenery and take the time to enjoy the ride before your race.
From the Auverge Rhônes-Alpes region

BY BUS
Coming from France but also from other European countries, the bus will drop you off in the center of Chamonix at Gare Sud (bus station) allowing you to finally start your UTMB Mont-Blanc adventure!

BY CAR
The train or bus doesn't meet your needs? Parking in Chamonix is very complicated and you'll be making life difficult for yourself!
In addition, many roads will be closed during the event...
**However, if this is unavoidable... Think about carpooling and once you are there, park your car at the different park and ride lots !
Once on-site, use the various park-and-ride facilities (beware of extremely limited parking capacity)
BY PLANE
For international runners, outside Europe.
The airports of Lyon (FR), Milan (IT) and Geneva (CH) are served by bus and train!
Each year, the organisation of the UTMB Mont-Blanc partners with a company specialised in transporting runners and participants from the Geneva airport.

In Europe and Metropolitan France, opt for collective ground transportation!
For locals, hop on a bike!
