This year, we have implemented a solution through our partnership with GivenGain. Upon registration, you will have the option to create your own fundraising campaign using the GivenGain platform to finance your solidarity bib. By choosing this method, GivenGain will automatically generate a personalized page for your campaign, which you can share with your friends, family, and colleagues.
You have until December 30th to collect the necessary funds. Using GivenGain incurs an additional fee of €25, in addition to the initial cost of the solidarity bib, making a total of €2225 (€2200 for the solidarity bib and €25 for the funding via GivenGain).
In case you haven't reached the total amount by December 30th, the remaining balance will be automatically deducted from your payment method via GivenGain.
Once the donation is confirmed, we will send you an invitation to register for UTMB, CCC, or OCC between December 14, 2023, and January 11, 2024.
If, during your registration process, the page loops, please try a different device and/or browser. We recommend using a computer and the Chrome browser to optimize your registration process.
If your payment was declined, please try again later, attempt with a different credit card, or contact your bank.
If you completed the registration process but didn't receive a confirmation email, there could be several explanations:
- First, please ensure that the payment was successfully processed and your account was debited.
- If you were not charged, please try the registration process again.
- If the payment was successfully processed, check your Spam folder, or contact us at cares@utmb.world in case the confirmation email ended up in your Spam folder.
