We are in search of helping hands, in a wide-range of profiles for the joining the general organization as well as for specific teams (doctors, nurses, first responders). There is something for everyone!

Trailmarkers and course closers
Out on the course, in the heart of some of the most stunning landscapes, you are key to making sure the trails are clearly marked to keep runners on track, and setting up routes to minimize the environmental impact of the runners' passage.
Race Commissioner
You are in charge of ensuring the fairness of the race, by respecting and applying the regulations, and are required to analyze a situation and take sanctions.
Data chip checkpoints
You are critical to make the make sure runners are timed and accounted for at key passage points by waving a wand on their bib. And maybe, giving them an encouraging word as well.
Environment
You raise awareness and encourage volunteers, support crews, runners and hikers to respect the environment to minimize our impact. You check, clean and mark the trails before and after the race.
Medical Team
You will help with medical checks or interventions as needed for the runners and you will be mobile in order to be able to intervene quickly in the field. You will be supervised by the rescue and medical management team leader.
Course Management
You close down the race course and make sure that no runner is left behind, whether due to injury, withdrawal, or race changes.
You also ensure, the safety and good will between runners and motorists at road crossings.
Media
You are instrumental in aiding the media team capture the moment. You will accompany, drive and help photographers and videographers in the field.
Public Order
You are mobile and on the move, in contact with the public to inform them, ensuring that all goes smoothly during the event, organizing race starts and arrivals, as well as securing road crossings.
Race Headquarters
You follow the races in real time and anticipate security problems. You answer questions, inform teams and check that all runners arrive safely.
Info Desk
You field questions from runners, support crews, and spectators about event and the transportation options. You might even sell some of the additional services they seek (SMS text updates, UTMB bus tickets...).
You help support crews to find the right buses that bring them to the different points on the course and/or welcome them back to Chamonix.
Official Ceremonies
You will help welcome and manage key partners, VIPs and other important participants, you will aid in the organization of the podium presentations and other official ceremonies.
Race Bib Delivery
You verify ID cards, required kit checks... You put in place the timing chips, hand out bib packets and tee-shirts to runners.
Aid Station Logistics
You will work in the logistics of getting aid station supplies to the right place and set up for runners before they arrive, sharing an encouraging as they come through and breaking down the set-up once all the runners have passed.
Runner Drop Bags
You are in charge of the recovery, routing, sorting and distribution of the drop bags to the runners in the middle of the course or after their arrival at the finish.
Technical / logistic
You take care of the set up and management of the premises before, during and after the race. You set up and dismantle infrastructures.
Transportation and Parking
You ensure the safe arrival of each stakeholder of the organization via the organization's vehicles.
You manage the flow of vehicles in the park-and-ride facilities available to the public.
