Direct Access - 2025 UTMB World Series Finals

Registrations for athletes with priority access to UTMB, CCC and OCC will open on the 19th of December at 11:00 am (CET). Be sure to complete your registration by the 09th of January 2025 to secure your spot in the 2025 edition.

You can register via our website, ensuring you use the priority registrations link rather than the lottery pre-registration option.

Please be aware that completing registration for any of the UTMB World Series Finals will result in the forfeiture of all accumulated Running Stones.

Cancellation insurance is offered during the registration process, this allows participants to be fully reimbursed for registration fees if they wish to cancel their registration prior to the event for reasons outlined in the insurance terms and conditions.

Please note that if you want to cancel your registration the cancellation insurance covers reimbursement on the registration fees only.

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds or transfers of registration for future editions. No refund will be possible without cancellation insurance.

Runners who have obtained a priority for 2025 UTMB World Series Finals and are currently injured and know they cannot attend the 2025 Finals can request a priority deferral to 2026. This must be received before January 09 2025. Please send an email to the Elite Athlete Services Team (elites@utmb.world), detailing your situation and providing a medical certificate attesting to your inability to compete.

From January 10th, only runners that have completed their registration for the 2025 event  are able to request a priority deferral for the 2026 edition. This is a deferral of the priority only and is not a transfer of registration. Runners will need to cancel their 2025 registration and complete a new registration for the 2026 event, reimbursement will only be possible in accordance with the cancellation insurance outlined above.

If athletes wish to modify their distance category for the 2025 UTMB World Series Finals need to contact the Elite Team prior to the registration opening.  A reminder that you can move up or down by one distance category from your qualifying distance. More information can be founded here

PLEASE NOTE: runners who obtained qualification through age groups (outside the top 10 overall for their gender at the UTMB World Series Majors) are not eligible for a category change.

Your priority for this race is valid until January 09, 2025. However, if a runner doesn't complete their priority registration and instead pre-registers for a different race through the lottery, their priority becomes invalid. In such a scenario, their original priority cannot be used if they end up with an unfavorable result in the lottery.
