Transport to the Start Line
For all races, and in order to limit environmental impact and traffic congestion, we strongly encourage runners to use UTMB Mobility to reach the start line.
For OCC runners: access to the start line will be mandatory via the UTMB Mobility system, except for runners residing in Switzerland or non-resident athletes staying in Switzerland.
Each athlete should have received an email outlining their available options.
CREW TRANSPORT INFORMATION
Our primary goal is to ensure every athlete has a smooth race while actively preserving the natural beauty of our valleys from the environmental impact of vehicles and lessen the impact on the local inhabitants. To support this goal, we’ve strengthened our transport plan by significantly increasing the number of shuttles. This improvement allows us to better accommodate elite athletes and reduce our overall environmental impact. To further optimize logistics, we have categorized runners into those eligible for Car Passes and those eligible for Priority Bus Passes based on the UTMB Index levels. Runners will find their Car Pass or Priority Bus Pass directly in their bib envelope.
To ensure smooth access to the start line and support teams along the course, access for elites is either via a Car Pass or a Priority Bus Pass, these are allocated based on the runners general UTMB Index.
