Take on a challenge that is both ATHLETIC and CHARITABLE! By choosing a Solidarity Bib, you participate in one of the world’s most iconic ultra-trail races while supporting our fight against inadequate housing. Today, in France, more than 4.2 million people live in poor housing conditions, including over 350,000 homeless individuals. Every step you take on the UTMB course is a step toward a fairer world.
One bib, a real impact! By running with a Solidarity Bib, 100% of your donation will be allocated to the Foundation for Housing for the Underprivileged to:
• Welcome and support people in precarious situations in our Solidarity Boutiques.
• Provide stable housing for the homeless in our Family Housing Centers.
• Defend the rights of individuals threatened with eviction.
• Fund rehabilitation and construction projects for decent housing.
• Raise awareness and advocate to public authorities about the housing crisis.

Without your support, we can’t act. Every Solidarity Bib counts and makes a concrete difference :
• 10 nights in a hotel with breakfast for a homeless family, plus school assistance for their children.
• 1.5 months of housing for an isolated young person, along with personalized professional guidance.
• 100 meals provided for families in extreme poverty.
A NEW NAME, AN UNCHANGED FIGHT!
The Abbé Pierre Foundation is now the Foundation for Housing for the Underprivileged.
This necessary evolution marks a new chapter in our history. Our mission remains unchanged: to fight against poor housing and poverty. This new identity reflects a spirit of hope, solidarity, and determination.
Our new motto, "A Fight as a Legacy," underscores our ongoing commitment in the face of an alarming situation:
• 2,000 children sleep on the streets every night.
• 15 million people face housing difficulties.
• Public housing policies are weakening, making our mission more essential than ever.
With this new chapter, we reaffirm our commitment and our determination to lead this vital fight.
FOCUS ON HOKA UTMB MONT-BLANC 2024!
In 2024, the Foundation had the opportunity to participate in the UTMB for the first time, thanks to 20 solidarity runners who pushed their limits and raised €40,490 to support our actions for the most vulnerable!
