Supporter's Page
UTMB Mobility
In order to reduce the use of personal cars, a shuttle service has been put in place to make it easier for supporters to travel to certain aid stations.
The plan is designed to allow supporters to accompany runners to the start line, passing through the main aid stations along the course as the runners progress.
UTMB, CCC, OCC, MCC
Support for the UTMB, CCC, OCC, and MCC is only possible via the organization’s shuttles.
What's new in 2025
- Access to the Trient assistance area (CCC and UTMB) is reserved for those with a UTMB Mobility pass or Family/PMR pass.
- Access to Les Contamines (UTMB) is blocked both on the way up and on the way down.
TDS, ETC and YCC
The use of the shuttles is strongly recommended.
CLOSED ROADS AND PARKINGS
Traffic and parking restrictions have been reinforced. Road closures will be strictly enforced, with police officers and security staff present to ensure smooth operations.
FAMILY/PRM PASS
To ensure accessibility for everyone, we offer special “Family/PRM Passes” for families with young children (under 3 years old) and for people with reduced mobility. These passes allow you to access closed roads and parking by car, as well as the Base Camps.
LiveTrail
Your best ally to follow your runner!
Want to know where your runner is at any moment? Download the LiveTrail app for free and use the “Follow the Race” feature.
Add your runner to your favorites to quickly see their latest checkpoint and get an estimate of the next ones. Super handy to make sure you don’t miss a thing!
Want to cheer them on along the route? Tap “View Route,” click on a black dot (these are the aid stations), and you’ll see their location. You can even start GPS navigation directly from the app!
Stay connected, experience the race live, and be ready to cheer your runner at the perfect moment!
WITH ASSISTANCE ALLOWED
You will be able to wait for your runner there to assist them (equipment, food, etc.) and spend some time together.
WARNING: Only supporters with a ticket will be granted access to the authorized area.
Supporters without this ticket can go to the aid stations but will not be allowed into the support area. Attention: The Trient support area is only accessible to those with a support ticket AND a UTMB Mobility CCC Sui or UTMB Sui pass or Family/PRM pass.
Discover the aid stations with allowed assistance on each race’s page.
How to know if an aid station allows assistance?
Easy! Check the race profile on the page dedicated to your race—aid stations where assistance is allowed are marked with a dotted line.
WITHOUT ASSISTANCE ALLOWED
These aid stations are checkpoints for your runner, where they can hydrate and refuel (among other things), but they are not allowed to receive external assistance.
We remind you that no assistance is permitted at any point along the course during the OCC, MCC, and ETC.
At these points, you will not find facilities for your own comfort while following the race (shelter, hot drinks, food, or other amenities). That doesn’t stop you from coming to cheer them on!
BASE CAMPS
Base Camps are covered areas designed to provide a space for rest and relaxation during the event, available free of charge for those with a UTMB Bus pass or a Family/PMR Pass. See the list below:

Are you supporting an elite runner?
You can find below all the practical information for elite athletes of the 2025 HOKA UTMB Mont-Blanc, including transportation for supporters, Fast Line bib collection times, and access to the start line:
Yes, to access the aid stations you must have a companion ticket, which will be given to your runner in their runner pack. Each runner receives only one ticket per zone and per person.
Note: Access to the Trient support area (CCC and UTMB) is reserved for those with a UTMB Mobility pass.
Assistance can only be provided by a single person, without any specific equipment other than a bag with a maximum volume of 30 liters (containing clothing and food). Medical assistance provided by a member of the runner’s team is strictly prohibited.
It is prohibited to accompany or be accompanied along any part of the race course by a person not registered for the race, except in spectator areas clearly marked near the aid stations. A participant who allows themselves to be accompanied outside the designated zones violates the principle of semi-autonomy. The support area begins 500 meters before and ends 500 meters after the aid station.
All companion transport passes are fully digital — wristbands are no longer issued as in previous years. When you purchase your companion pass, you will receive a QR code.
Since there is a team at the finish line managing access, your runner will receive a ticket allowing up to three people to enter the finish area. Make sure to present this ticket to access the finish area and cheer on your runner.
